Live an Extraordinary Life in this Ordinary World

On March 11, 2011, Japan was struck by the most powerful earthquake that caused destructive tsunami waves of up to 128 feet high. Due to the tsunami, thousands of people died, many were left homeless, and their nuclear reactors suffered a series of explosions that brought alarm to many surrounding countries. People who lived for many years in the ortheastern coastal cities were devastated with the loss of many lives and saw dreams they built washed away by the flood. How can we explain to them what faith is all about? What do they need in order to rise above their difficult circumstances?

In this study, God called Abram to join Him in an unforgettable journey that would teach the true meaning of faith. As Abram journeyed to the Promised Land, he went through a series of trials and challenges along the way. But by faith, he was able to rise above his predicaments. He didn’t turn back because “he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God (Heb. 11:10).” Let us be encouraged by his life and start walking in faith, too!
